    Theres too many myths about skincare and I just want some proven or even good recommended practices, What can I do to improve my skin? I have blotchy skin slightly spotty and rough, I see people that glow and wonder how they achieve this? Is it really all about diet? I heard drinking water and eating healthy improves skin but Im not buying it

    Could be down to genetics as well, I hardly drink water and never had any problems with my skin but also I moisturise and don't wear much make up.
    Exercising helps but try using nivea cream.
