Applying for finance during a course

I am currently studying a part time masters. I have seen the announcement about postgrad tuition loans in Aug 16. Am I able to apply for a student loan to cover my course fees if I am already enrolled on the course? I already have an undergrad student loan.

Yes you can apply when applications open in the summer and get 2 years funding in your second year
