I am really worried about my GCSEs
Is D of E actually that useful compared to good grades?
Should I continue doing D of E? Watch

DofE looks pretty dank all the way through your life. I was in the same position as you, i did my DofE two weeks before my GCSE's which was perhaps abit reckless. However if you plan your revision properly its not too bad.
I would say its worth it just on the basis that you can always use it in interviews and CV's etc

Hey, I'm sitting my GCSEs this year too. I have done my Bronze and am currently working on my Silver. Good grades are far more important than a DofE award, however I really enjoy DofE and do it to relax me more than anything. It's important to have a break from study. If you don't mind me asking, is your practice/qualifying scheduled at an inconvenient time and what level of the award are you doing?
