Creative Writing Reflective Commentary Help

Hello everyone!

I'm doing A level Creative Writing and I need help with my reflective commentary. To put it simply, I haven't got a clue where to start as I lost the help sheet that my teacher gave me to use over the Easter Holidays.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me. Also, do you know where to find an example of a reflective commentary?
