    What's the general consensus on this - good or terrible idea? I'm looking to apply for both Geography and Environmental Science (doing this for only 1 uni to avoid clogging up my choices) but if this would massively disadvantage me in terms of my personal statement etc I'd rather choose one of them.

    You'll only be able to study one of them in the end, so I think the earlier you decide, the better. The good thing is that they aren't massively different subjects, but I still think it would be better to just choose one

    Yeah fair enough It's just that the course modules are somewhat identical and as its a prestigious uni it basically increases my chances of being able to do a course I love the look of
