    I feel very anxious at the moment which is making me very stressed and panicking. This mainly due to I am trying to sort out things with my ex girlfriend, plus my AS exams are next month to make things worse the mind is making think things that are not true. I feel tired and sick im getting fed up with it and I won't to return to normal has anybody got any advice?

    Is there anyone you can talk to about all this? That can help a lot, even to samaritans or someone if you have noone in real life. Make sure you're eating, sleeping, taking breaks etc regularly (and exercise if you can, especially might help with anger) as these make a big difference too. In the longer run your GP would be a good person to see to help with anxiety and stress in general, and talking to your parents about it. It's up to you but if trying to work things out with your ex is making things worse it could be worth leaving until after exams too. Hope things work out well in the end!
