Wake up!

Heya!
All this week I have gcse exams, and I have one every morning. However, I am really sleepy! I go to sleep quite early, and get enough rest. However, when I wake up at 7:00, it takes me until around 9:00 when I am in school to actually be able to concentrate and not feel sleepy.
Does anyone know how when I wake up at 7:00 I can feel "awake" and not still feel sleepy, because then in my exams I just feel tired, until sort of half way through where I "wake up". The sensible solution would be to get more sleep, but I already go to sleep quite early.
Many thanks

The only cure is intensive elctroshock therapy.

That or pro-plus, coffee.. that kind of thing.

... stand outside in your pyjamas... that should waken you up

Good luck in your exams!

wake up earlier maybe and go out for a walk/jog/do something to stimulate your mind? do you get up straight away when you wake up? if not, then get up straight away and you'll wake up quickly.

A shower and breakfast tend to do the job.

Cold shower and breakfast

How long are you sleeping for? it sounds strange, but you might be sleeping too much - if have more than 8 or 9 hours sleep, i always feel really tired for a couple of hours in the morning!

A hearty breakfast, a shower, and a puzzle or three.

Ooh yeah, a hot breakfast with a lovely ice cold orange juice. Yum and awake!

Bananas give you a burst of energy about half an hour after eating them! Apart from that i would say caffeine is the answer!!!!

cold shower, dry hair, strightin it, get dressed, have breakfast and listen to fast/ heavy metal music while walking to school. That my plan for the next weeks of exams.
