Write all of the concepts into your own words like you're explaining it to a student who doesn't understand it. Include all possible questions which can appear in the exam into your notes and explain each step as if you are teaching it yourself. Then, teach it to your peers to get feedback on any gaps in your knowledge.

This method always succeeded in getting me good grades.

I passed most of my previous exams with flash cards! They really helped me, you can type into google the subject & then "flash cards" and they should be a site where you can download/print some off, also practice lots of past papers, everyone has there own way of studying and those are my two go to methods hope that helped x

You know more than you think you do, when you sit down and begin your final exam, concentrate and the questions will make more sense than you think they will. Just make sure you sleep well the night before, and get a decent breakfast.

Work hard. This trumps all other advice. It doesn't matter what else you do; if you don't put the work in, you will not get the results.
