    Yes. The arc in the non-shaded part, subtended by the reflex angle.

    The perimeter of the segment can be considered to be made of two parts:

    The minor arc PQ - who's length is...

    And the chord. You may find it helpful to mark the angle and bisect it to help find the chord's length.
