FY1 jobs with provisional licence
Hi guys,
was wondering if anyone could help me out. Im a uk national studying abroad but i missed out on the foundation programme application this year. I graduate in june 2016 and do not want to wait a year to start work.
I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to work as a locum in training FY1 and how to find these posts.
Any help would be really appreciated

Hi, I am in the same position as you. I am a UK national but studied MBBS abroad and graduated in June 2023. I began doing an internship abroad as well, however I have taken a break and returned to the UK due to extenuating circumstance regarding my mother’s health. I have missed the FY1 deadline for 2024 and will have to apply for 2025. My Plab 1 is in on Feb 15 2024. Do you have any advice for me?
