Revise the compound interest/decay bit. As usual, some1 please check if I got this right and correct me if I havnt. :smile:

Using the graph, we can substitute some values in the V=pq^t bit to get

400=1600(q^2)

as a result, V=400, and p=1600, and t = 2

400/1600 = q^2
1/4 = q^2
1/2 = q

Now you got the values for p, and q, use the in the second part to get your next answer.

and why cant the examiners think of something original...like i remember once for a probability question they based it around 'Maths School'...why....and for cumulative frequency, they once based it around a kid who timed how long it took him to read a page...wow...
