Hi!I received offers from St. Andrews, UofEdinburgh, Durham and Aberdeen. Apart from that, I also got into the Wellesley College in the USA. I will probably choose USA, but at the same time I also would like to choose my firm and insurance choices on UCAS. Is it possible to make St. Andrews a firm choice and then resign? I just would like to feel safer. That's all.

Yes. They just wouldn't like that because you're essentially taking a spot from another person who would've actually liked to go to St Andrews.
