I made a rash decision to dye my hair blonde (Nice'n'easy SB1 over hair that was half medium-light blonde and half darker strawberry blonde/ginger....so you can imagine). It's actually not THAT terrible but the colour seems too light for me and the yellowness clashes with my skin. I've tried using a purple toner but it didn't work and I'm scared to dye over it with another dye in case it ends up worse! I know you're supposed to leave several weeks between dye jobs and I was wondering how long I'd have to leave it before a hairdresser could do something (keeping in mind half my hair has had full bleach before, its had 2 or three dyes plus extra lightening before I put the blonde on it....so it's really not in a good way and I'd ideally like to get a colour I could grow my hair out with)

I think it would be up to the hairdresser but I doubt they would do anything more than put a semi perm dye on it.

I'd suggest trying the toner again but stronger, using a purple shampoo, and possibly dying a very dilute violet over the top to neutralise the yellow tones.
