Hi guys need help on this q , (2 marks ) Give 2 reasons why at first the reaction of calcium with sulphuric acid is faster than magnesium with HCL. Calcium has larger atomic radii so more shielding as it has more shells so it's electrons more easily removed (1mark). WHAT WOULD BE THE SECOND POINT ??? 😀
Ca is more reactive than magnesium (you dont have to explain)
Sulfuric acid is diprotic and therefore has twice the conc of H+

You get 1 mark for stating ca is mor reactive and 1 mark for saying sulfuric acid is diprotic.
