So basically to fight my late night food cravings i stack up on veg so i can eat away all night. This includes broccoli, peppers, carrots etc as im trying to cut and late at night is usually when i tend to go over my calorie allowance...good idea?

I do intermittent fasting so I don't eat in the evening anyway. It's natural for you to be hungry in the evening, just drink a lot of water or have a cup of tea, something with high volume to fill you up.

Make yourself a pint of water and fill it with ice, leave the ice chill the water and drink that. When you get to the bottom of the water, suck on the ice cubes. It works so well for me and I have absolutely no idea why, but worth a shot haha

Anything low calorie is good. I hate to get on the latest fads and be a sheep but I'm a proper fan of courgetti (courgette spaghetti) atm. Cook some of that up in a bit of calorie free Walden's Farm sauce of your choice and you're looking at a pretty filling addition to a meal with very little calories.
