SFE uses previous income to calculate the level of support to give. I'll be leaving full time employment in September 2016. I'll be living on campus and therefore my household income should not apply.
How do I apply to get full support?

If you're an independent student then the income asked for is your forecast income for 2016/17 (excluding part time or holiday employment).

http://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/1617/ft/s...orm_1617_d.pdf section 8 of the form.

They will ask for the income of any partner for previous years to work out your household income that is assessed for how much the household should contribute towards your funding.
