Royal Holloway or Birmingham University for Economics Msc?

I have been offered to study Economics Msc at Royal Holloway university and Birmingham university, though I am not sure which one to choose. I decided I will commute for the year from London as I do not like living out. Birmingham is a 2 hour drive whilst royal Holloway is 1 hour and a bit away from me. I feel Birmingham will be better overall as it is a Russel group, though I am not sure?

Personally I would choose Birmingham. They've got a better reputation

Surrey has also given me an offer today, though I suppose UOB is still better. Have to debate whether or not to drive or live there as I'm from London. Also, I'm guessing employers will favour russel groups more.
