I finished my dissertation today and went out and got it printed and bound. Despite checking it beforehand multiple times I found a couple of grammatical errors and now I'm just worried that this might affect my grade. I have double checked my electronic submission and got rid of the mistakes so that one is fine but I just wanted to know which one do they look at? If they read my bound uni copy will the mistakes make a big difference to the marks? Any advice is appreciated.

I believe that they will look at your printed copy, yes. Some of your marks will be made up of spelling, grammar, etc, so it will affect your marks somewhat. It might be the difference between a first and a 2:1 but it won't be the difference between a first and a fail.
