I am currently in year 9 and whenever the teachers say the word " test or exam" that's when I have a panic attack and have a break down! I would then start revising but I would always say is that enough work I have just done and always think negatively. For example I was told I had a maths exam yesterday which would be in May and I wouldn't know how to revise for maths, I was told I should do past papers, but I thought would I remember the way I did it! My parents were saying I should just to pass paper, however once that problem was away another one would enter my brain and make me upset! Just found out I had a RE test and I felt stressed how will I fit them together! When I do one would I forget the other!
