    Hey guys

So I had a teacher tell me today that I should give up all of my extra curricular activities during AS season, but when I've worked it out I only do like 42 hours of fun stuff (ie going to the gym and extra curricular activities) per month when I'm doing close to 180 hours of school work.... And now I don't know what to do because if I take any more fun stuff off I'm gonna go insane but I feel like I'm evidently not doing enough work...

How much revision etc are people doing at the moment for AS exams??

Personally, I think your teacher has given you some awful advice.

You should definitely be revising for your AS levels there's no doubt about it. But you aren't going to be able to retain information from revision if that is all you're doing. "All work and no play.." and all that.

Do NOT give up all of your extra curricular activities. If you think they are taking up too much of your time in comparison to revision, maybe don't do as much of them. But don't stop them entirely!

Make time for both, it sounds so cliché but you won't be productive at all if you don't!
