When applying for student finance, I am asked to state the whole household income including parents and there partner. However, my mum is not married to her partner but live together. My mums partner does not contribute to any of my living, and financially has nothing to do with me. He also has his own children who he supports without my mum's financial aid. The house the bills etc. are all in my mums name as it is my mums house and her partner moved in after us. Would i still have to declare his income in my household income even though they are not married and he does not support me? Thanks

Yes you have to declare his income. Your parent should be completing the form - her partner should declare his other children too.
