I dropped out of university in November 2015, and will be returning in September (changing course), but since I quit I've received my 2nd student loan, and recently received a text to say I've been sent my 3rd insallment. Don't understand why this has happened seeing as my university said they'd contact SF to say I'd quit. Does anyone have any idea what will happen? Should I just keep the loan, or will they ask for it back when I return to university this September?

Contact student finance yourself. Do not keep the money unless they tell you too.

Firstly its your responsibility to contact student finance to say you've left, not the universities. Secondly as soon as they realise the mistake, student finance can and will demand back the overpayment going back to when you officially dropped out of uni.
