I would love to know if anyone else has had this issue, I am applying for my second year of my course and it says that my maintenance loan & grant is £0 when I was receiving the maximum amount.
I called Student Finance and they seemed so clueless, they told me it's probably something wrong so they sent off an error message for it to be fixed and it should be fixed within 48 hours.
I have a feeling it won't be fixed as I have also deleted the application and re-done it and that didn't change anything.
Anyone had this problem?? Many thanks )))

Yes, I received a student loan last year & this year it is saying 'Apply for the maximum maintenance loan of £0'. I wonder if this has to do with the living with parents section, I am 22 and do not live with parents, but it forces me to make a choice!? If I select no I don't live with parents, it then says to select the one you have most contact with. 'Maybe you misread the question'... No maybe student finanance is a shambles, why has a 22 year got to put parents details!?

Your account would need to be checked to see why this is occurring and how the application has been filled.
If you've had your account referred to be reviewed and then went on to delete your application, this referral may now not be complete. You would have to call again to see what has gone on with the application.
The question regarding parents asks which parent you live with, or have most contact with. If you do not meet standard independent criteria as set by our governing body then we will require a parental input.
