When should I start doing timed past papers, im thinking of doing maybe 8 past papers a day ( 4 x bio and 4 x chem) however I can't start because I haven't fully covered all the topics or should I just start having not covered a few topics? Please advice! thank you

As early as possible, especially for Biology and Chemistry. Physics and Maths Tutor website has all the resources you will need.
Rather than waiting to finish everything, do exam style questions on topics you have already done (from website above).

How can you do 8 a day thats a ridiculous amount. Not physically possible and you will run out of papers. Start slowly introducing them to give yourself variety.

I have done that Every topic I have finished, I wrote questions from past papers and the mark scheme answers (how I'm revising). Do you think I should just full on go for past papers now? Everything else I have left to finish will take atleast a week - 4 topics of bio not looked at all
    - 3 topics of chem not looked at all
