If you've got a revision guide, there's usually some practice papers with a CD at the back. If not, I think there are some practice exercises on the BBC Bitesize website as well.
Type your search into Google. I was suprised at how many different sites there were that offer help for the French listening test. Many more than for German (bad for me...!). Some contain loads of sound clips - just look for the one that suits you best. And yes, BBC Bitesize is really helpful.
