Do you meet the 5 year residency requirement? It is based on residency not where you were born.

It's the number if years that you've been "ordinarily resident" in the UK, which will determine whether you're classed as an international or UK student.

Unfortunately you won't find any scholarships or bursaries in the UK which will cover all of your tuition fees and living costs during a degree.

I understand that I am considered an international student but can you advise me on any partial scholarships that will cover any amount of my fees that I am an eligible for
    Thanks

According to the university website there is no available scholarships that I am eligible for. Do you think it would help if I called them and explained the situation

You will just have to do some research on grant giving charities. there will ahve to be something unique about you, such as very high grades, a local connection or disadvantaged background. The other option is to wait till you do qualify as a home student, which will save you £10-15k.
