I have an interview with Waitrose on Thursday and was wondering if anyone has any advice or could give me some advice on the types of questions they ask. Thanks 😄

Hi there. Congrats on getting the interview.
Quite often, interview questions are posted on Glassdoor.
Interviews for retail jobs often similar formats, irrespective of the company, and common questions include:
    • What can you tell me about yourself?
    • Can you list your strengths?
    • What weaknesses do you have?
    • Why should I consider hiring you?
    • Where do you see yourself five years from now?
    • Why do you want to work here?
    • What is your salary expectation?
    • What motivates you?
    • What makes a good team player?
    • Is there anything that you would like to ask me?
I got the list of questions above from Monster and the linked page also has advice on tackling those questions. Good luck!
