I have an interview with Waitrose on Thursday and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice in the types of question they ask. Thanks 😄

Glassdoor is a useful website for that sort of thing, i imagine they ask questions about customer service situations.

Know your CV, know their website and corporate ethos and have a few great examples of where you've provided excellent service, worked to a tight deadline, influenced someone more senior. Be bright and cheerful and portray that working for Waitrose would be the pinnacle of your life experience.

They will usually ask you something along the lines of :
"Talk about a time where you had to do something, but you didnt feel comfortable doing it, and explain how you dealt with it."
^But it will be more targeted at customers.

Also analyse your CV, as they may try and poke holes at stuff.
