Hi, I am applying for Student Finance and they asked my for my bank details.
"Your details must be for your own UK bank or building society account."
I live in Italy and I am not sure if I should I open a bank account in England or if I can open one here.
If anyone knows please help me, thank you!

If you're an EU student, you can only apply for the tuition fee loan. Or have you lived in England for the last 5 years?
