Economic refers to money factors, and for some reason material possessions (I guess I see how it links, but idk XD)
So its whether you earn a lot of money or a good pension, and if you use it well, and if you can afford to, well, survive and maybe even afford luxuries (when I say this, I'm referring to holidays or new furniture or clothes, not buying a solid gold toilet XD). There is, of course, the flipside, where you don't have any money, you can't afford anything or very little, however, it does not mean being homeless, this is an environmental factor, however, you can say how it could cause homelessness.
Psychological factors refer to being stressed or not on the most basic level (remember stress can be good, although I entirely disagree with this XD, its when you get too stressed when it becomes negative). I think it may also be about depression, but don't trust me on that, my books at school so I need to get it back and double check.
I'm going to assume you know about the other 3 factors (physical, environmental and emotional, cultural and social) but if not, I can try and help with that too.
I hope this helps.
