I just started a new job, and naturally I'm a very shy person, socially awkward and anxious, so I tend to notice a lot of things. The other day I had a bit of a stressful moment in my new job and got confused, my workload built up and I became anxious, so much so I didn't ask any questions or reach out.

I was sent on my break by my supervisor, and when came back I was asked where i would like to work...manager accommodated to my needs. However, when I did actually appear a few of the girls sort of looked at each other with this look...as though they were all thinking something or communicating with their eyes.

I found it intriguing, however, since I'm new I'm not going to go up and ask them. I felt as though they had either been talking about me, something was funny, or they like me.

From a woman's perspective do you do this if you've been gossiping about somebody?
