    Recently my mother has been been concerned of my general well-being because of exam stress, which I personally, don't perceive to be severe, but nevertheless, she's bought me some natural stress remedy by the name of "Bach's Rescue Remedy Spray"- has anyone ever had experience with a stress relieving spray?

    Nope, but fresh air, exercise, good diet, chatting with friends, laughing, bath and sleep are all good. Also keeping to your work plan helps.
