yeah if you let your school know - whoever is in charge of examinations then you may be able to get
-assistance (maybe using a computer or something)
-special consideration
-extra time

dont stress about it too much though and lose sleep (if you can help it!)- i hope it feels better soon and Good Luck in the exams!

:hugs: xxxx

oh just take a few pain killers and anti-inflamatories / get a cortisone injection.. and you'll be fine..

Why's it hurting? Done something to it? Or random pain? If it's random maybe it'll go away as quick as it came.

As said above the school will provide assistance. What exam is it? Is it a written subject?

my exams start tommorow...and my right hand is hurting really badly and i can bearly write. i should have been revising today but instead i have been trying to write with my left hand, and it is very difficult.

what can i do?
do i inform anyone?

Try and revise on your computer, but ring someone at your school today to warn them that your hand is hurting so that they know you're not just faking on the day. I know you could prove it by showing them, but it'd be good to just let them know what's happening in your situation, and reassuring for you to know as soon as possible what they can do for you. I would hate if this happened to me, hope you manage to sort something out and good luck in your exam!

Oh, if your hand keeps hurting and you think it might be something more serious than just the strain you get from doing a lot of writing for revision, obviously go and see your doctor.

put a tubi-grip on it and take some anti-inflamatories, i would ring the school but try and rest it completely between now and the exams n see if it goes away, also a heat pack might help relax the muscles a bit...
