WJEC thread

Doesn't seem to be many WJEC people! Any opinions on your exams / questions about exams? I had biology today, anyone else?

I have WJEC for Media Studies. I think it's fair to say that WJEC is a joke of an exam board. I had to pay, yes pay, £2 for a past paper and mark scheme.

I'm doing Law with WJEC, but it's annoying as no one else here seems to be with them, so i can't ask any questions about anything :s-smilie:

I'm with WJEC for History (which is tomorrow..), English Language (done) and French (just done today).

I have Spanish with the Welsh board.
but that's it.
I've got my AS exam for it tomorrow.
and my A2 and Lit exam in the next few weeks.

Unfortunately I'm with the WJEC for every single subject!

French, German, History & Maths!

French & German down - went well although the German paper had things in that you couldn't deduce from the text (it'll be interesting to see the markscheme for that paper).
French just done was actually better than I expected. The listening went well but the reading (especially the gap fill) was harder!

History who know's! I hate these buggers. For Hi1 Jan 2007, the markscheme version of the question was completely different to the question on our question paper! INCOMPETENCE!!!!

I had WJEC music yesterday. Wasn't a particularly nice paper either - especially the first question! Eeesh!

Anyone else do this paper?

Bleagh. I have WJEC german A2 today, and I hate the translation, it's so random usually! And yet the French one almost always has something to do with the reading text, so you can pick out vocab... :confused:

Talk about inconsistency.
