That information isn't released, at least on the department website. Why do you ask?

Just curious. I'm taking my GCSEs this year (in about 21 days) and I was just wondered how well i have to do.

Just do as well as you can. While high GCSE grades are obviously an advantage for Oxford, and more so for biochemistry given that it doesn't have an aptitude test, there's no set number of A*s and As that you must get in order to receive an offer. GCSE results aren't considered in isolation and there are a number of contextual flags that you may or may not get, which can also influence the outcome of your application (or its progression to the interview stage, at the very least).
