Hi all, International student here. I just want to clarify how do i pay for any unplanned overdraft charges. Will the bank automatically deduct from my student account? Or is there a procedure i have to do? Would love to get a reply asap, wouldnt wanna drag and let the bank charge more Thanks in advance.

Its automatic. You need to ensure you will be covered on the charging date, because if you arent, then they will fine you again. Ibe had plenty of clients in the past who have spiralled into debt because of bank charges that pish them into permanent default. If you cannot pay it or need time then contact them to put a freeze on charges. They may do this if they feel you are dealing with the situation.
