Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could offer some guidance for part c of the attatched question. I understand that i must use the sum formula

S30= 12([2^2]^30 -1) / 3

But where do i go from here?

Thankyou in advance.

A hint. What is 12 \div 3?
You can use one of your rules of indices to simplify (2^2)^{30}
