    i can not seem to get anything in my head and i am wondering if there is any method where you can remember stuff fast.

    there's no short cut, that's why people say you should revise early
    but i get repetition until it sticks might work?

    When I have to memorise stuff like for Spanish written coursework or speaking, my preparation consisted of just pen, paper and write it out loads of times. And then recited it over and over again. Look, cover, recite & repeat until everything is perfect.

    Maybe find an app where you can make flash cards or make flash cards using index cards. You can use them whilst in the car, bus or if you have five minutes at break. Keep practising and you will get there eventually, good luck 😊
