I've been in a relationship with somebody coming up to the six month stage. Everything is great, I see a future and never been more happy than I am with this person while I have one problem. When we either argue or have a misunderstanding I'm always told that I was the worst thing that ever happened to them, tear up photographs of us and laugh at me when I'm crying and mimic me. They have OCD and I've been told they can often have a split personality, hence why I've put up with it for a long time. I really want to know it this is emotional abuse ?

    Some arguments we've had.

I’m going to block your phone so you cant call me anymore. Why are you being like this ?You can try calling my iPad but we’ll see what happens if you do.Why are you being like this ?BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What are you thinking ?Nothing of any worth Do you love me ?I told you not to use that word anymore.I L O V E you, I can ****ing spell, I told you not to use it.Why not ?Stop talking down to meI’m not talking down to youI can easily erase you from my life I wasn’t talking down to you I’m bored of this goodbye can we sort this out please what, I ****ing tried im so lost dont raise your voice at me I’m frustrated, ive done nothing wrong you keep calling me and i’ll tear up all our photo’s , go on get out my life I’ve nothing to deserve this All evening i’ve been trying to get rid of you

Being in a relationship with someone who has a mental illness can be difficult but it doesn't mean you have to put up with any kind of abusive behaviour. And yes I believe that is abusive
