Sadly not! That would only happen in the event of you not being able to sit an exam for whatever reason, and then your teacher would submit your mock mark and also quite likely your target grade.

Yes they do. Or WJEC do at least. The deadline for submitting them was 15th May to my knowledge.

I think its more famously Voltaire...but Hikki is cool =p

Oh and I don't think my predicted grades were sent off...although that would have been nice since they were WAY higher than I am capable of.
I think they do. Or at least when I did GCSE Spanish last year (AQA) the school needed to send a predicted grade. It's mainly in case you can't sit the exam and you get your predicted grade instead, but it might also be so that if you get a grade wildly different to your prediction, they can double check the marking.

:O I've never heard this! Do all teachers have to send a predicted grade? If so, is this recorded, or only used if your exam is lost/damaged/you can't do the exam for medical reasons or w/e ??
My predicted grades are completely off!

AQA Spanish is the only one I know a predicted grade had to be sent off for, but my A-level teachers used to talk about it as well, so it seems like quite a common practice, but I think they're only used if you can't do the exam.
