I am having white vaginal discharge since September. I have been to 3 different doctors and they have done swab tests but nothing came up. And from January I have started to get lower abdominal pain too, I have also seen blood with white discharge.
I am not sexually active, Can I get an STD by fingering myself???

First off, you can't get an STD from fingering yourself so don't worry about that
White discharge isn't a problem, thats normal. The blood may just be residual from a period.
    Don't worry! You're probably fine

surprisingly u can get urinary tract infections fingering yourself (in fact, you can also get it cleaning your backside if your a woman believe it or not). it could also be vaginal thrush but it depends on additional info being asked tbh (if you dont mind, could you describe the consistency of the discharge, if there is any smell, other symptoms (e.g. fever, headaches).

blood in discharge and abdominal pain sounds like a urinary tract infection (might potentially involve kidneys depending on where the pain is in your abdomen). Also your sexual activity since August may be informative to rule out any potential issues with pregnancy.

Could be IBS, period pains- may be endemetriosis but I doubt it- honestly I wouldn't worry. I would see your doctor if you're super worried, but don't worry- it's not an STI!
