I'm going to the University of Bristol, however I'm not a private schooled rich kid so I can't afford anything in Stokes Bishop, especially as it's mostly catered Manor/Goldney are more my price range, although still a little expensive, and was wondering about their reputation for social life as I'm quite into gigs, parties & going out, and I'd like to be around like-minded people. Thank you!

All the Stoke Bishop halls, bar Durdham, have a sociable reputation.
Outside of SB, Goldney is also sociable.

Those are the 'most sociable' halls reputation wise.

I always thought UH was much cheaper than the others in SB, but I don't know whether that may work for you.

Goldney is sociable, but hard to get into (~25%). Unsure about MH.
