I took a gap year after finishing college last year and have worked full time in a graphic design studio, I am looking to studying architecture technology at Leeds which has a UCAS requirement of 300 points, the issue is I am current just below the minimum requirements:
    260/300 UCAS points
    180/200 ( minimum from two a levels)

I have tried speaking to the university and I just keep going round from department to department.
Would any students from previous years be able to tell me if its worth putting an application in even if I'm so short from the Minimum as I would love to study at Leeds?

    Cheers

yes, i applied knowing my predicted grades where much lower and still received an offer. they also told me that if i do get below they'll still consider me. this was for architecture, after submitting a portfolio.
