I recently sent a letter to student finance about changing some of my details as I have moved address. I rang student finance Wales and they asked me to write a letter with all my new details on. I do not know my customer referance number and also my student finance Wales account does not have an email address registered with my account. I was wondering how long it will take for them to reply to my letter I sent in the post and how they will reply to me?
...Should I go back to school?
