What are you planning to do with it? You've got plenty of RAM but no graphics card in both: I'm not really sure what you're building for with that. First CPU is a touch stronger, second has twice the storage space.

    +1 What tigger said.
The i5-6200U is the better CPU, plus allows for double the memory of the i5-5200U. The (i5-6200U) has better integrated graphics. The SSHD, albeit less in storage space than the HD, will run faster.

As 999tigger said, the first is good enough. It's important you take the graphic card into consideration if you'll be playing games or the like. The graphic card on both of the above are a bit weak when it comes to modern games.
