French and/or Arabic Supercurricular HELP!?! watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hi all,

I'm planning on applying to Cambridge for 2017 entry (i.e. sending UCAS off this October) to studyFrench and Arabic ab initio. I'm currently taking A levels in: (predicted all As)
Drama & Theatre Studies (will probably drop for A2 and do an EPQ).

I have no knowledge of Arabic (at the moment!!! ) but am really interested in studying it because I'd quite like to pursue a career in the army / MI6.

My question is if anyone knows any sort of things that I could be doing outside of school classes (ie supercurricular things) other than reading books and starting to learn at the arabic script? I really need to start doing to the sort of thing that will show my passion for languages and get me noticed!!

    Thanks in advance
