Right now, the basic idea is simple, I start off asking a question and whoever gets it right asks the next one. The person who answers this question correctly will ask a new one, and so on and so forth.

    The rules:

1: don't make the questions too obscure or too technical

2: You cannot use any search engine or knowledge site to ge the answer

3: the first person who gets the answer asks the next question in the same post, those who answer the same question, just not as quickly shall delete their posts.

4: this quiz will be closed in 7 days, and a new one will be started.

Ok then, an easy starter: What does PC, in terms of computers, stand for?

Correct, it is your turn to ask a question now.

BTW, to stop people moaning, try to keep the posts more than one or two words.

If you do not like it then don't post on it. This format has proved popular in the past.

You misunderstand, you do not ask the question as you answer it as someone may have answered it before you, as in this case.

Surely that creates the two or one word responses that you are trying to avoid? But, as you wish.

What are the colours of the oxidation states of Vanadium? You might have to look on the academic board if you don't know

That's what I was thinking. Much better to ask in the same post as the response, and delete any which are too late surely?

If you look at the rules, it does say nothing too technical and I assume, unless you do chemistry, you will not know this.

But it is frequently the case that someone is quicker than you, so either the fastest person forgoes asking a question, or two questions being asked.
