I've just accepted an offer for midwifery in September who else has? I'm from Liverpool so moving away from everything !
I'm unsure what to do for accommodation, I'm 25 nearly so don't fancy halls because think I'm too old! So will probably be looking for shared student accommodation? Anyone else moving from far away? Advice needed please 😁😇🤗 - Frankie

Me! I'll be moving down from Durham. I'm 27 I've applied for halls but like you, I'm wondering if I'll be too old! Wouldn't know where to start looking for private accommodation.

Same, it's tough! My sister lives in Hendon at the moment- she has just finished her final year of fashion at Middlesex! She's on the same campus as the midwifery one, and her flat was so ideally located! But she's moving back up here so not much I can do! Have you looked much at student accom?

Aw that's a shame she's finished, that would have been so handy for you! Yeah I've applied for Olympic Way but it's a bit more expensive than I'd like. Have you got anything sorted yet? Xx

No I haven't looked at halls, I'm just reluctant to as the age situation 🙈 I was looking for independent student accommodation really, would of been good if there was a separate one for nurses and midwives! Xx

Someone from the accommodation department old me they place nurses and midwives at Ivy or Olympic Way, and that they try to group those students together because they understand we work shifts. I'd much prefer private accommodation though! Xx
