Theatre Studies theory exam

Hey, does anyone have any tips on how to make sure you include everything in the theory exam (live review and chosen play)and how to make sure I get high marks?

A big issue for me is the time limit, if I spend time on it I can get nearly double the marks than if I use the time limit. How can I fit it all in?
