    anyone have experience with this? how long did it take till you could do pressing movements again? and did you see a doctor or physiotherapist?

    I did not tear mine but certainly hurt it pretty badly back in November. It is still not 100% now but that's probably because I didn't rest it for long enough and didn't see a physio.

    Was benching maybe six weeks after the injury and OHPing tentatively after about ten weeks. As I say, that was most likely a mistake.

    You should go to a doctor and then from there physio
